Badge Bomb is wholesale gift company with a passion for connecting retailers with products that make a statement. We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven Campaign Marketing & Sales Funnel Coordinator to help us build and optimize marketing funnels and streamline customer outreach. You’ll be a key player in spreading the word to retail partners globally and supporting our team as we grow.
What You’ll Do as Campaign Marketer:
- Research & Analysis: Analyze customer activity to identify marketing needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales reps and team members to facilitate growth by providing tools, resources, and support.
- Marketing Funnel Management: Develop, implement, and optimize segmented marketing funnels for targeted outreach and lead nurturing.
- Multichannel Communication: Use phone, email, marketing automation, and print materials to engage with customers and prospects.
- Campaign Execution: Translate strategic concepts into action, create marketing materials, and manage the full sales cycle process.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Regularly interact with internal teams, sales reps, and external customers to ensure alignment and smooth communication.

- Tech-Savvy & Quick to Learn: You’re comfortable with SaaS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo) and can quickly pick up new tools.
- A Creative & Detail-Oriented Communicator: Whether it’s crafting a marketing message or speaking with a customer, you know how to communicate effectively.
- A Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy supporting sales reps, interacting with vendors, and contributing to a close-knit team.
- Versatile: From content creation to order processing, you’re comfortable wearing many hats in a small but fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns on time and continuously seek improvements.
- Create visual and informational content for websites, print materials, and sales collateral.
- Ensure sales reps have the right tools and materials for success.
- Provide communication support (phone, email, Zoom) for sales teams, customers, and partners.
- Manage customer inquiries and assist with order processing in a multi-channel environment.
- Pitch in with day-to-day tasks—flexibility and a can-do attitude are key in a small business.
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
- Experience with product photography and social media marketing.
- Willingness to assist with fulfillment and production in the warehouse as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong administrative and creative skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Experience managing e-commerce campaigns (Shopify, Klaviyo, MarketTime, Faire).
- Ability to learn new software quickly and work across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills across all mediums (email, phone, video, Slack).
- Problem-solving mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
Work Conditions & Hours:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend work.
- Work Environment: Dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative.
- Tools: Modern communication tools (phone, Slack, email) and a variety of digital platforms.
